August 7, 2025 – The Brooks Bandits of the BCHL have announced Ryan Reed has been hired for the position of Media Manager for the 2025-26 season.
Reed previously held the position of Game Night Communications Coordinator for the Edmonton Oilers for two seasons, as well as a writer for EdmontonOilers.com. Reed will oversee the Bandits video production, social media, and content creation.
“I am thrilled to be joining an organization like the Brooks Bandits,” said Reed.
“Their sustained success, strong reputation throughout the league, and my family ties to the area made this opportunity an easy decision. I can’t wait to get to work and help contribute to this storied franchise.”
Reed is a graduate of MacEwan University, holding a Bachelor of Communications with a major in journalism.
