The Brooks Bandits are pleased to announce that Cole McCaig has signed a two-year contract extension and will remain behind the Bandits bench for at least the next two seasons.
As part of the extension, McCaig will take on an expanded role as Head of Player Development and Assistant Coach.
“I am extremely grateful for all the support shown to me from the Bandits Board of Directors, Wayne Labrie and Dakota Mason. It’s a great opportunity to continue my development as a coach with an elite team in a great league like the BCHL,” said McCaig.
“It’s great to officially announce that Cole will be returning to Dakota Mason’s coaching staff,” said Director of Hockey Operations Wayne Labrie. “His work ethic, attention to detail, and the passion he brings to the rink every day make him an invaluable asset to our organization and our players.”
