JOB TITLE: Assistant Coach
REPORTS TO: General Manager & Head Coach
The Brooks Bandits are accepting resumes for an Assistant Coach for the 2024-2025 season. The Assistant Coach will assist in developing premier athletes into successful people, committed to excellence on and off the ice. The Bandits are looking for an experienced candidate who will uphold the mission and values of the organization and the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) while being an integral part of our coaching staff and player development program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coaching at the junior level
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with video editing and presentation
- Playing experience is considered an asset
- Candidate must be able to work in a high-performance team-first environment
- Candidate must be confident and comfortable in small group settings with focus on position and specific skill development
