Brooks Bandits sign 2005-born goaltender Chris Quizi

BROOKS, AB (December 28, 2024) – The Brooks Bandits of the BCHL have announced 2005-born goaltender Chris Quizi has signed with the team.

Quizi, 19, is in his third year of junior. He joins the Bandits after starting 24 games this season with the Oakville Blades of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL), where he posted a 3.17 goals against average and .910 save percentage.

During the 2023-24 campaign, the Bradford, ON, native won 15 games with the Markham Royals of the OJHL, and won 19 games during the 2022-23 season with the Toronto Patriots, where he was named an OJHL First Team All-Prospect.

The 6’3, 185lb netminder was a second round pick by Peterborough in the 2022 OHL U18 Draft.

The Bandits welcome Quizi and his family to Brooks. The Bandits invite fans to come watch the team host the West Kelowna Warriors on Saturday, December 28th. Game time is 7:00 pm at the Centennial Regional Arena.
