The Brooks Bandits of the BCHL are proud to announce that 2006-born defenceman Keith McInnis has committed to the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
McInnis is in his second season with the Bandits after joining the team midway through the 2023-24 season after previously playing for the Waterloo Blackhawks in the USHL.
The Red Deer, AB defender has played 38 regular season games for the Bandits, tallying 20 points (7G, 13A) as well as getting two points in last year’s playoff run in 12 games. He assisted the team in capturing the Alberta cup while also winning the 2024 Rocky Mountain Challenge against the Surrey Eagles.
The Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs are a NCAA Division I school in Duluth, MN who compete in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC).
